  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. rum extract
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. cake flour

Directions

    Cream together butter, shortening and sugar.

    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

    Add milk, dry ingredients and extracts.

    Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
