- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. cake flour
Directions

1Cream together butter, shortening and sugar.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

3Add milk, dry ingredients and extracts.

4Beat well.

5Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
