- rum extract
- 1 1/2 pkg. Stella Dora sponge Annisette biscuits
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding, cooked
- 1 pkg. chocolate pudding, cooked
- 1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip
- slivered almonds
- chocolate cookies
Directions

1Line a 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex dish with the Annisette biscuits (lay biscuits on side).

2In a cereal bowl, put milk almost to top of dish and add 2 tablespoons rum flavoring.

3Pour over biscuits.

4Set aside.

5Make vanilla pudding and let cool, then pour over biscuits.

6Make chocolate pudding and let cool. Pour over vanilla pudding and refrigerate.

7Before serving, put on Cool Whip, then slivered almonds.

8Grate chocolate cookies over top.
