  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. butter cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. flavoring
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Grease and flour a Bundt tube pan; sprinkle nuts into bottom of the pan.

    Place cake mix and pudding mix in a bowl.

    Add 1 tablespoon rum, oil, eggs and 1 cup water; mix for 2 minutes.

    Pour into pan; bake at 325° for 50 minutes, or until done.

    Remove from oven.
