- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. light rum
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Grease and flour Bundt cake pan or spray with Pam or Baker's Joy.

2Crumble nuts in bottom of pan.

3In large bowl, mix cake mix and instant pudding with eggs and liquids.

4Mix well (about 2 minutes).

5Pour into pan on top of pecans.

6Bake at 300° for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.

7Remove from oven; pour on hot rum glaze.

8Cake will settle.

9Let cool in pan 30 minutes.

10Loosen edges; turn upside-down on plate.

11Nuts will be on top.
