  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except pecans and blend.

    Sprinkle pecans in bottom of a floured tube pan.

    Add butter and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
