  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 c. to 1 c. broken pecans
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. rum or apricot brandy
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Put cake mix and pudding mix in bowl, add oil, water, rum and eggs and beat until smooth.

    Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan and sprinkle with nuts.

    Pour in batter.
