- 12 chicken wings (2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Durkee red hot sauce
Directions

1Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry.

2Deep fry (or bake on a rack in a roasting pan at 425° for 1 hour).

3If deep frying, cook for about 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy.

4Drain.

5Combine hot sauce and butter.

6Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.
