- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken fryer
- 1 c. rum
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 bunches minced parsley
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- Freshly grnd pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix rum, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard and curry pwdr together.

2Pour marinade over chicken in roasting pan.

3Grind pepper over chicken.

4Add in parsley, onions, mushrooms and walnuts.

5Bake covered with foil for 30 min at 350 degrees.

6Remove foil and bake another 30 min, basting often with marinade in pan.
