- 1/4 c. rum
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Mix rum and sugar in small saucepan.

2Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.

3Melt chocolate with 2 tablespoons whipping cream.

4Whip remaining cream.

5Beat egg whites until fluffy.

7Then fold all into whipped cream.

8Spoon into 8 serving dishes or for a party, spoon into 10 to 12 five ounce Dixie cups.
