- 2 Tbsp. dark rum
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. flour (heaping)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 c. light cream
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1In top part of double boiler, combine sugar, flour, egg and light cream.

2Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, until very thick.

3Add rum and cook 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and cool.

5Fold in whipped cream; put in graham cracker crust.

6Top with whipped cream.
