- 1 envelope gelatin, unflavored unflavored
- 5 each egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 13 cup dark rum
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 each chocolate unsweetened unsweetened bar
- 2 1/4 cups graham crackers/wafers crushed, very fine
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.

2Place in low heat and bring almost to a boil, stirring to dissolve.

3Beat egg yolks and sugar until very light.

4Stir gelatin into egg mixture, cool and gradually add rum.

5Whip cream until it stands in soft peaks, then fold into gelatin mixture.

6Cool until mixture begins to set, then spoon into crust and chill for 1 hour.

7Grate unsweetened chocolate and sprinkle on top of the pie.

8CRUST: Press and chill.
