- 1 c. low-salt soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 lb. low-salt bacon
- 1 can whole water chestnuts
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
Directions

1Mix sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic powder and ground ginger.

2Soak water chestnuts and pineapple in mixture for 10 minutes.

3Cut bacon slices in thirds.

4Roll water chestnuts and pineapple in bacon slice.

5Secure with toothpick.

6Pour soy sauce mixture over rolls.

7Marinate for 1 hour (up to 24 hours okay). Bake at 450° until bacon is crisp, about 20 minutes.
