- 2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained (if big, cut in half)
- soy sauce
- 1 pkg. bacon
- brown sugar
Directions

1Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for at least 1 hour. Drain chestnuts.

2Roll each in brown sugar and wrap each chestnut in 1/3 strip of bacon.

3Secure with a wooden toothpick.

4Bake at 350° until bacon is done.
