Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained (if big, cut in half)
  • soy sauce
  • 1 pkg. bacon
  • brown sugar

Directions

    Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for at least 1 hour. Drain chestnuts.

    Roll each in brown sugar and wrap each chestnut in 1/3 strip of bacon.

    Secure with a wooden toothpick.

    Bake at 350° until bacon is done.
