- 1 lb. chicken livers, cut into halves
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except water chestnuts.

2Marinate livers in sauce mixture overnight.

3Place a chestnut slice in each liver piece.

4Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon.

5Secure with toothpick.

6Place on broiler pan in center of oven.

7Broil until crisp, 30 minutes.

8Place in chafing dish with a little of the marinade sauce to serve warm.
