- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Wrap a slice of bacon around each water chestnut and secure with toothpick.

2Place in a shallow pan.

3Mix soy sauce and brown sugar.

4Pour over water chestnuts and marinate for 1 hour.

5Broil in oven until bacon is cooked.

6You will need to turn the water chestnuts so that all sides of the bacon cook.

7Serve at once.
