- 1 can water chestnuts
- chicken livers
- soy sauce
Directions

1Wash and remove fiber from chicken livers.

2Soak in soy sauce for 1 hour.

3Cut chestnuts in slices.

4Place 1 piece of chestnuts in the center of 1 piece of liver.

5Wrap bacon around liver and chestnut.

6Secure with wooden toothpick.

7Place on ungreased baking dish, about 1/4-inch apart.

8Bake at 350° until bacon is crisp. Serve hot with a salsa type dip.
