- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. chicken livers, cut in half
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except chicken livers and bacon in mixing bowl.

2Add livers; stir to coat.

3Let stand 20 minutes. Drain, reserving marinade.

4Wrap each liver piece in half strip of bacon; secure with toothpicks.

5Broil on rack about 2 inches from source of heat about 10 minutes, turning often.

6Heat reserved marinade in small saucepan to boil; simmer 2 minutes.

7Use as dip for rumaki.
