- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small bottle teriyaki sauce
- brown sugar
Directions

1Wash chicken livers and cut in half.

2In a large bowl, put the chicken livers and teriyaki to soak overnight.

3Cover bowl.

4Set bacon out to become room temperature before cooking.

5Take 1 strip of bacon, put a chicken liver and water chestnut on top and wrap, securing it with a toothpick, then roll it in brown sugar.

6Place in a baking pan.

7Set oven on broil, 400°.

8Cook until bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes.
