- 3 to 4 lb. rump roast
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cans whole potatoes
Directions

1Place roast in foil; put in a roasting pan.

2Put in oven at 350°.

3Cook for 1 1/2 hours.

4Remove from oven; add all other items.

5Cook for 45 minutes.

6Remove roast from pan.

7Slice very thin and return to pan with potatoes or place on platter.

8Place potatoes around roast.

9Put liquid over sliced beef.
