- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) rump roast or sirloin tip
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
- 1 can celery soup
Directions

1Place 2 long sheets (crossways) of heavy-duty aluminum foil in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Place roast in center.

3Cover roast top and bottom with celery soup, then sprinkle all over with dry soup mix. Wrap very tightly.

4Bake at 325° for 3 hours.

5Do not touch until completely baked.

6Open and you will have roast with its own gravy.
