  • 1 loaf round or long rye bread
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dill seed and/or 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. chopped onion
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic salt or powder to taste
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning

Directions

    Cut bread around, leaving the outer crust, top only to make a cover for the bread.

    Scoop out the inside.

    Cut inside part into small pieces to use for dip.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into the bread cavity.

    This also makes a pretty centerpiece.
