- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 8 oz. Russian dressing
- 8 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned or legs and thighs skinned
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl mixing well.

2Rinse your chicken after removing skin and debone breast.

3(Optional) Pat dry. Place in 9x13-inch pan or roaster.

4Spray with Pam to keep from sticking.

5Pour mixture over chicken and place in a 350° oven. Cook breasts 50-60 minutes.

6Cook legs and thighs about 90 minutes. Serves 8.
