- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 12 cup cold water
- 1 cup coffee creamer
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin over cold water.

2Scald coffee cream.

3Stir in sugar.

4Stir in softened gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.

5Chill until mixture starts to thicken.

6Stir in sour cream and vanilla.

7Pour into molds that have been rinsed out with cold water.

8Chill until firm.

9(This recipe fills an 8 x 8 pan.

10To fill a 9 x 13 pan, double the recipe).
