   Thoroughly mix

   gelatin with sugar.

   Add water and stir until sugar

   Stir in heavy cream.

   Chill

    thickened (35 minutes). Add sour cream and vanilla.

    Blend with rotary beater and add fruit.

    Beat until bubbly.

    Pour into 1 quart bowl or individual molds.

    Chill until set.
