- 1 1/4 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 servings rice (not fully cooked)
- 1 1/2 c. peas
Directions

1Brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper to taste.

2Drain grease.

3Cook rice only partially.

4Mix soups together in large mixing bowl.

5Mix in 1/2 cup water.

6Pour hamburger and rice into soup mixture.

7Add water to make firm, but not dry.

8Mix in peas. Put into casserole dish and break bread on top.

9Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

10Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
