- 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Cream butter and powdered sugar; add vanilla and salt.

3Add flour, 1/4 cup at a time, mixing well.

4Mix in chopped walnuts.

5Roll into balls about 1-inch in size.

6Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until set, but not brown.

7Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and repeat.
