- 1 c. soft butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly.

2Sift together flour and salt.

3Stir ingredients together and add nuts.

4Chill dough. Heat oven to 400°.

5Roll dough into 1-inch balls.

6Place on ungreased baking sheet (cookies do not spread).

7Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until set but not brown.

8While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.

9Cool.
-
10Roll in sugar again.

11Makes about 4 dozen 1-inch cookies.
