- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon minced garlic (to taste)
- 1 (1 lb) package frozen chopped spinach, thaw and squeeze dry
- 12 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package swiss cheese, slices
- 8 ounces deli ham or 8 ounces left over ham, thinly sliced
Directions

1Heat oven to 425F.

2Place pie crust in 9-inch pie plate.

4Bake for 10 minutes or to light brown.

5Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine oil and garlic.
