  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 (7 oz.) jars junior baby food carrots

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Pour into two 8-inch round cake pans.

    (Pans should be prepared with Crisco and flour.) Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake springs back to touch.
