- 1 1/2 sticks softened butter or margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 4 1/2 c. milk
- 3 small or 2 large pkg. instant lemon pudding
Directions

1Combine flour and butter; press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° until light brown.

3Let cool.

4In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip.

5Spread in cooled crust.
