- 12 slices bacon
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. whipping or light cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon crisp and crumble.

2Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on pastry.

3Blend remaining ingredients with rotary beater and pour into pie shell.

4Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

5Lower heat to 300° and bake for 30 minutes.

6Insert knife; when it comes out clean, it is done.

7Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
