- 1 can mandarin orange sections, drained (no sugar added)
- 1 or 2 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor)

1Mix crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, cottage cheese and mandarin oranges together well. Then sprinkle dry Jell-O over this and mix well.
