- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Directions

1Cream (6 on mixer) butter.

2Add flour and icing sugar.

3Whip (6-8 on mixer) until light and fluffy, upto 10 minutes

4Pipe or spoon onto 1 inch balls. Top with decoration, (ie. kiss, chocolate ginger, jam, choclate coffee, etc)

5Bake for 10-12 minutes, until just starting to golden on the edges.

6Remove from pan, cool on rack.
