Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

Directions

    Cream (6 on mixer) butter.

    Add flour and icing sugar.

    Whip (6-8 on mixer) until light and fluffy, upto 10 minutes

    Pipe or spoon onto 1 inch balls. Top with decoration, (ie. kiss, chocolate ginger, jam, choclate coffee, etc)

    Bake for 10-12 minutes, until just starting to golden on the edges.

    Remove from pan, cool on rack.
