  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups rye
  • whole wheat flour
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 tbsp. caraway seeds (optional)

Directions

    Add all ingredients to bread machine in order listed.

    Set cycle for Whole Wheat and crust to L. If desired, caraway seeds may be added when time on display says 2:50 (signal will sound.)
