  • 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. rye flour (medium)
  • 2 c. graham flour
  • approximately 7 1/2 c. white flour
