- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 c. white flour
- 6 c. rye flour
Directions

1Mix yeast in warm water in large bowl.

2Add milk, oil, salt and sugar.

3Add white and rye flour.

4Put on floured board and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.

5Put in greased bowl and let rise. Punch down once and let rise again.

6Divide for four loaves and knead.

7Put in greased bread pans.

8Put oil on top of each loaf. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
