- 3 large carrots
- 2 medium onions
- about 2 Tbsp. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grate carrots, cheese and onions; add salt, pepper and milk to soften.

2Mix together until it forms a sort of paste.

3Let stand for a while until flavors blend (at least 1 hour).

4To serve, spread mixture on rye rounds (party rye) and toast.
