  • 3 slice Jewish rye pumpernickel bread
  • 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 slice smoked ham luncheon meat
  • 2 slice thick cut bologna luncheon meat
  • 4 slice salami luncheon meat
  • 2 slice swiss cheese

    Toast the bread

    Mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and oil

    Fry the meat in a nonstick pan with nonstick spray

    Add spread to two slices of bread on one side only

    Add ham, cheese, salami, and bologna

    Take last slice of bread add spread to one side put on top then add spread to the other side then put the other part of sandwich on top
