- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- water
Directions

1Fry hamburger, stirring and separating into chunks.

2Add garlic, salt and pepper while frying.

3Add onion; fry until hamburger is no longer pink.

4Add flour, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.

5Mix 1 cup milk and 1 cup water together. Pour milk and water mixture into hamburger mixture, stirring all the while.

6If mixture is too thick, add more water until desired thickness.

7Serve over rice or pasta.
