- 200 grams unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 cup flour
- 2 tbsp water
Directions

1In a food processor add the egg, the icing sugar, the melted butter, and the salt.

2Pulse until just combined.

3Add the flour and the water.

4Pulse until a nice dough is formed.

5Cover and put in fridge for half an hour.

6Roll dough between 2 pieces of plastic wrap using a rolling pin

7Cut in shapes using a cookie cutter.

8Place the sables on a tray covered with parchment paper.

9Place in a preheated oven.

10(340 F) Remove when slightly coloured.

11(About 10 min)

12Fill a bit of jam between 2 layers of sables and enjoy.
