  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 200C.

    Cut the sheet of puff pastry dough into 2 by 10 centimeter strips, brush the strips with beaten egg, sprinkle with the powdered sugar and the chopped almonds. Press the almonds into the dough lightly.

    Grab the strips from the ends and twist them.

    Place them on a wax paper lined baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
