  • 1 (7 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Combine coconut, baking mix, brown sugar and nuts.

    Add eggs. Mix with spoon.

    Do not overmix!

    Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan for 40 minutes at 325°.

    Cool.

    Cut into squares.
