  • 2 pinches saffron (kesar)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 ice cubes

Directions

    Heat kesar in a small bowl on a very low flame, rub in a little warm water until the kesar dissolves.

    Add lemon juice and sugar and mix.

    Add in 3 cups of water and mix well.
  4. 4
    Put into 6 glasses and add 2 ice cubes per glass and serve.
