- 12 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 6 cups day old bread, cubed
- 12 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 12 cup chicken broth
- 14 cup margarine, melted
- 14 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 14 cup egg substitute
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1In a medium skillet over medium heat cook the sauage,onion,celery,and mushrooms in oil until meat is no longer pink.

2Drain.

3In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients,add sausage mixture and toss to coat.

4Transfer to a greased 11*7*2 baking pan.

5Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

6Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.

7Or until light brown.

8Bake at 350.
