Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pt. Miracle Whip

Directions

    Mix eggs, mustard, sugar, flour and salt well.

    Bring vinegar and water to a boil, turn heat down to low and add egg mixture. Stir constantly until thick.

    Cool.

    Add salad dressing.

    Excellent for potato salad or chicken salad.
