  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 lbs ricotta
  • 2 c uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c cream
  • 2 tbs vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

    Cook rice. Let cool

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Pour into pie shells

    Bake 15 min at 425 degrees.

    Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Bake another 30 minutes
