  • 1 tablespoon Gargonzola cheese (or any blue cheese)
  • 1 clove of garlic pressed
  • soy sauce
  • lapsang suchong tea
  • red vinegar
  • desired greens

Directions

    place acheese, garlic, soysauce, tea and vinegar in a small bowl and mix.
  2. 2
    slowly mix in the red vinegar and mash the chesse with the back of a spoon.
  3. 3
    The cheese I used was potent enough that I didn't need to add the tea.
