- 1 tablespoon Gargonzola cheese (or any blue cheese)
- 1 clove of garlic pressed
- soy sauce
- lapsang suchong tea
- red vinegar
- desired greens
Directions

1place acheese, garlic, soysauce, tea and vinegar in a small bowl and mix.

2slowly mix in the red vinegar and mash the chesse with the back of a spoon.

3The cheese I used was potent enough that I didn't need to add the tea.
