- 1 green pepper
- 1 T. fresh basil
- Romaine or Boston leaf lettuce
Directions

1Dice cucumber, tomatoes, and pepper.

2Mix with peas.

3Mince basil and add to mixture.

4Spread mixture onto lettuce leaf and roll up.
