- 1 Tbsp. Morton Quick tenderizer
- 1 tsp. powdered onion
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix ingredients well.

2Wrap in a 12 x 14-inch size sheet of foil, shiny side out.

3Refrigerate 24 hours.

4Punch holes in bottom of foil and place on rack of oven.

5Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
