- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. coarse pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Divide into 2 rolls about as round as a cracker.

3Wrap tightly in foil; refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out, unwrap and place on a rack.

4Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Turn meat over when half done.
